We will visit your property and collect maximum information on your requirement and budget. We will then be supplying an abstract quote for you to know the cost of the project. Once ready to go ahead, we will supply you with the detailed design proposal along with payment plan. We require an initial design fee of £150 at this stage which will be deducted from the deposit payment at sign off.
Having discussed and made any necessary amendments, we can then proceed to quotation sign off. We would request a deposit payment at this stage.
We will start planning, sketching the cabling schematics and contact any third party providers if needed for the successfull completion of the project.
Once your property is ready for first fix cabling, we will begin to lay data, AV, alarm and relay cables into the property.
We begin to build your system off-site. At this point a second payment instalment is required to order the equipment from our suppliers on your behalf. We will create your network offsite and address all the connections to the right ports as per our schematics.
Once the site is ready with power and internet, possibly at the final stage of construction, we will arrive to install your system. This includes the installation of TVs, speakers, touch screens, in-wall keypads and the centralised data rack. At this stage, a further payment instalment is made after the equipments are installed.
We will return soon after installation to train all members of the household, supply any user manuals if available and handover the system. We would request the presence of all members who will be using the system during this visit.
After you have lived with the system for the first four weeks, we will return to make any adjustments to the system programming or lighting scenes. Once this has been agreed, we request the final payment. We then handover the engravings, keyfobs and tags.
We have set out ongoing maintenance packages to ensure your system runs smoothly and securely in the long term. These can either be paid in monthly or a yearly one-off payment. Should you choose not to sign up for our maintenance plans, we are still here to help you, however, a call out charge and hourly rate will be applicable.
