We need to identify your alarm panel on our list of connected security systems before renewing your subscription. So please fill in all relevant information. If your billing address is different from installation address or if you need to renew more than one burglar alarm panel at multiple locations please make sure you mention the installation address(es) in notes. The price of the App is per security alarm and not per App user.

- Why do I need to pay for Pyronix App ?
The Procontrol or Homecontrol App from Pyronix is a subcription-based service. At Smartech Security, we offer annual Pyronix cloud subscription for £25 inc VAT per alarm (NOT per user).
- What happens if I do not renew my subscription ?
You will not be able to access or control your security alarm using mobile App
- Will my Pyronix alarm work without App ?
Yes, your alarm works as normal but you will not receive notifications and will not be able to access the security system through App
- Is the App fee be included in annual service ?
No.This is not included in our annual service package if not mentioned otherwise.
- Will my system be connected to the monitoring station without the App ?
Yes. Your alarm will still be connected to our 24/7 monitoring station if you have a monitoring contract with us in place
- How long does it take to get my App reactivated ?
We need to activate your App manually and this can take upto 24 hours
