How to customise and buy burglar alarms
Choose wired alarm or wireless alarm from Security Alarm section in the left menu (icon on mobile device). Wired alarms for recommended for houses under refurbishment or if you have an existing wired alarm and would like replace it with the latest technology smart alarms. In all other instances please go to the wireless alarm page. Here, we have the best rated security alarm packages from UK's top brands Texecom, Pyronix, Visonic and Risco. These are not DIY systems but british standard systems that can be installed to meet the Police and Insurance criteria.
The standard packages includes a control panel with back up battery, inbuilt internal sirenand external live siren box and 2 or 3 PIR motion sensors and either a keypad or 2 remote controls for easy arming and disarming of your home security system. Some of the packages contain a door contact for the main exit door as well. These standard pacakges includes the IP or Smartcom module that is needed to connect your alarm panel to the internet so that it can communicate with YOU via home WiFi or broadband and is Smart! Shock & Contact Sensors
For Perimeter ProtectionShock sensors are fitted to your windows and allows you to move around freely inside your home without triggering the alarm. If these window sensors detects a real shock or bang then it would trigger your burglar alarm, again by sounding siren and sending push notification to your mobile App. PIR sensors and shock sensors can be programmed to different partitions so that you can arm just the window sensors when you are home and whole of your house when you are out and about

Back Up Communication
GSM Cellular and TelephoneAdd a GSM module to receive SMS notification in addition to push messages on the App. This is really helpful incase your home broadband is not stable. Just to stress out, the alarm will work as a normal bells only alarm when your home WiFi is down, but it will not be possible for the alarm panel to send you push notofication. With a GSM SIM added to your security alarm panel, you will receive SMS notification within seconds.
NSI Gold Certificate
Optional with FeeOnce happy with your custom security package, proceed to check out and select the NSI Certificate option if you prefer to get an NSI Gold certificate issued on completion and handover. This certificate is mandatory for security alarms that require Police response monitoring.
Maintenance and Monitoring
Optional with 1 year contractOn the checkout page, select the maintenance and/or monitoring boxes if you choose to connect your security alarm to our 24 hour Alarm Receving Centre (ARC). We will send you service reminders every year and would come over and change the batteries and test the system so that it works without any issues for another year. We will contact you with the maintenance ans montiroing paper works once we receive your order. You always free to change your mind anyime before the installation date.
Pet Friendly Sensors
At no extra costSelect the Pet Friendly sensor box if you have or are planning to buy a pet of upto 30kg in the near future. If this option is not selected we will assume that you do not need pet safe sensors. Pet safe sensors are little less sensitive that non-pet sensors, so if you need a mix of pet safe and non pet-safe sensors, drop us an email and we will arrange for it.

One of the Smartech specialist will contact you to book the installation at a convenient date. We aim to complete the installation with 5 working days.
